Therapy is a relationship we both choose.
Individual therapy sessions with me are a safe space to examine behavioral and relational patterns that no longer serve you, process their function, and find and practice reasonable alternatives that will get your needs met in your current life.
I utilize an eclectic mix of interventions tailored to client needs. Among the theories by which I conceptualize clients: attachment, psychodynamic, and somatic. Interventions I use are informed by the following: acceptance and commitment, bibliotherapy, cognitive behavioral, insight-oriented, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, self-compassion, solutions-focused, somatic and trauma informed.
I have specialized training in Intuitive Eating, Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping), and Perinatal Mental Health (including fertility concerns, birth trauma and miscarriage and other loss).

Equity Based Sliding Scale
If you are interested in paying out-of-pocket for services, I utilize an equity-based sliding scale.
Tier Three – $225
If you are financially comfortable, with no real worries about monetary matters, have savings, can afford to treat yourself to holidays etc. I would ask that you would pay the full price.
Tier Two – $180
If you have a steady income, need to be responsible about your spending but with care are able to plan ahead and budget or save for new purchases, holidays etc. I would ask that you pay this reduced price
Tier One – $135
If you frequently stress about finances, dealing with debt, paying everyday bills and have irregular income this is the category you would fall into.
